The Hilton Head Resort Horizontal Property Regime auctioned the following units on Ebay over several months in 2004. There are no more for sale by the regime. Please contact a local real estate agent for more buying opportunities on the regular real estate market.

On rare occasions, the resort is forced to foreclose on an owner in order to recover back regime fees, assessments, and fines.
